How C.A.P. Works

A quick guide to the two main areas: Dashboard and Manage.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the read-only view. It helps you see who should take the next client and how the team is loaded.

Best Candidate

Shows the top-ranked site manager, with runners-up listed below.

Team Overview

Summarizes workload, portfolio size, assignment trend, and MRR for each manager.

Charts

Shows workload, assignment trend, and MRR by service type.

Manage

Manage is where you update the data behind the Dashboard.

Clients
1
Add or edit clients, assign a site manager, choose service type and complexity, set the assigned date, MRR, and notes.
2
Edit mode opens with the current values filled in. In bulk edit, any field you leave unchanged keeps its current value.
Monthly Metrics
1
Log monthly workload and MRR for each manager.
2
Saving the same manager and month again overwrites that entry.
3
Leave avg complexity blank to use client data, and leave MRR blank to use client-level totals.
Site Managers
1
Add or remove managers.
2
If a manager is deleted, their clients become unassigned.
Availability Score

Each manager gets an Availability Score from 0-100%. A higher score means more capacity for a new client.

The score is calculated as: Availability = (1 - Load Score) x 100

The Load Score combines five metrics. Each one is normalized against the rest of the team first, so the result reflects relative load, not just raw totals.

65-100% High Availability
40-64% Moderate
0-39% Low Availability
